The Dar el Bacha Museum

The Dar el Bacha Museum of the Confluences: Formerly the residence of Pasha Thami El Glaoui, this grandiose riad was restored and reopened in 2017 in partnership with the Museum of the Confluences in Lyon. It is a majestic place of exceptional refinement which illustrates the full extent of Moroccan decorative arts. Salons, harem, gardens, douiria, hammam have welcomed guests as prestigious as Sir Winston Churchill or Franklin D.Roosevelt. The permanent collections as well as temporary exhibitions enliven this venue of cultural exchange.
